Most pieces are produced to order through a made-to-measure process.
Occasionally, limited ready-to-ship items may be released. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

No standard stock is held.
The majority of garments do not exist prior to order confirmation.

Production time is estimated at a maximum of 12 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Timelines may vary depending on current order volume, material availability, and production complexity.

Due to the nature of the work, extended waiting periods may occur.
Each piece is individually constructed by hand and requires precision, technical execution, and multiple stages of fabrication.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
A valid residential or commercial delivery address is required for all orders.

Once dispatched, the shipment is transferred to the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, transport disruption, force majeure events, or courier-related issues outside of our control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the client.

Tracking information will be issued once the order has been dispatched.
