Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase in order to secure production placement.
No garment enters production before payment has been received and confirmed.

Due to the made-to-order nature of the work, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank wire transfer, and additional payment options displayed at checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure external payment providers.
We do not store or have access to full payment card information.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, currency conversion fees, or local handling charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the client.

If fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious payment behavior is detected, we reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel the order.

In rare cases, production may be delayed due to payment verification procedures imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
