All garments are produced to order and constructed through a made-to-measure process.
Verify sizing before purchase. Consult the measurement chart or contact us directly if precision is required.

Any sizing issue or exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are not accepted.

Worn garments, sample sale items, and archival pieces are non-exchangeable.

Made-to-measure garments are final.
Fit adjustments may be offered where possible.

We accept no responsibility for incorrect sizing when measurements are supplied by the client.

Each garment is individually built around the wearer, not mass produced.
If an issue arises, we will work directly with you to resolve it. Client satisfaction is not optional. It is part of the process.

If an exchange is approved, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
If the fault is ours, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration remain the responsibility of the sender.

Proof of postage is mandatory.
Until received by us, the shipment remains the responsibility of the client.
