Warranty

Each garment is individually constructed by hand using specialized production methods, technical materials, and made-to-measure fabrication processes.

We guarantee the structural integrity and craftsmanship of our pieces upon arrival and under normal intended use.

If a manufacturing defect is identified, contact must be made within 14 days of delivery with clear documentation of the issue.
Where a fault in construction or workmanship is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

■ Natural aging or wear of materials over time
■  Damage caused by improper storage, friction, stretching, impact, or misuse
■  Incorrect handling, cleaning, polishing, or alteration performed by third parties
■  Variations in texture, finish, grain, or surface character inherent to handmade production
■  Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

Due to the experimental and handcrafted nature of the work, slight irregularities and material variations are considered part of the final piece and are not treated as defects.

Garments modified, repaired, or altered externally void all warranty coverage.

We remain committed to the longevity of every piece produced and may offer repair services outside warranty coverage where technically possible.
